In his career as a cameraman Phil has travelled to well over 100 countries and covered all sorts of news and documentary subjects. For many years Phil has been a cameraman and correspondent for Time-Warner Pathe, The Canadian Broadcasting Commision ( CBC ) Various network news shows in Canada, Britain, the USA and elsewhere. Phil was CBC’s “man in Tokyo” for a time also.
